View the apartment before finalizing the rental
Once the initial payment has been confirmed, we will arrange a meeting at the apartment so you can personally inspect the property. If you are satisfied with the apartment, we will proceed with the rental agreement, sign the contract and complete the remaining payment according to the agreed terms.
If the apartment does not meet your expectations and you decide not to proceed, any refund will be handled according to the agreed rental terms and the applicable PayPal transaction/refund rules. This process is intended to provide a clear, documented and secure payment procedure for both the tenant and the rental agency.
